i’ve been really down on myself lately about the fact that i basically only lost 16lbs this year so far. that six month depression where i didn’t give a fuck and gained 30lbs (i’ve since lost about 10 of that) really did a number on my self esteem.
but i finally got back to weight watchers today after a six month hiatus, took the gain, and it’s only losses and good things from here. i put on this shirt when i got home; last year at this same time it was too tight. i almost couldn’t get it on. now it’s too big (even though you can’t really tell in that picture)
and that’s something to celebrate
tomorrow we rejoin the y and i start working out. time to hit this shit hard. i’ve lost 216 pounds, there’s nothing i can’t do

You’ve lost 216 pounds, there’s NOTING you can’t do!! That’s incredible and you’re beauuuutiful! Such an inspiration to all us fitblrs. :)

We made breakfast shakes at the office! Blueberries and raspberries blended to creamy dreamy perfection with our secret weapon shake mix. 
Did I mention our office has lost a combined 15 lbs in 2 weeks?! We’re getting fit the healthy (and more importantly, TASTY) way. ;)
